Jessica Trisko is the grand winner of the 2007 edition of the environmentally oriented international beauty pageant, Miss Earth. She was born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada in 1984. Jessica's father is of Ukrainian-Russian heritage, and her mother is Filipino. Jessica’s first language is English, but she also speaks Russian and French, says the official Miss Earth website. She represented Canada at Miss Earth 2007 seventh edition on November 11, which was held in the Philippines. She joined and won the pageant in her country, Miss Earth Canada and previously participated in Miss Universe Canada 2007 and placed in the top 10 finalists. Inga Skaya. won the event.
